Color printing printing is the reproduction of an image or text in color (as opposed to simpler black and white or monochrome printing). Paper Coating is a process that paper isn coated by a compound to impart certain qualities to the paper, including weight, surface gloss, smoothness or reduced ink absorbency. Kaolinite or calcium carbonate are used to coat paper for high quality printing used in packaging industry and in magazines. The chalk or china clay is bound to the paper with synthetic viscofiers, such as styrene-butadiene latexes and natural organic binders such as starch. The coating formulation may also contain chemical additives as dispersants, resins, PE: to give water resistance and wet strength to the paper,or to protect against ultraviolet radiation. |

UV coating, short for ultra-violet, can be applied over ink printed on paper and dried by exposure to UV radiation. UV coatings can be formulated up to 100% solids so that they have no volatile component that contributes to pollution. This high solids level also allows for the coating to be applied in very thin films. UV coatings can be formulated to a wide variety of gloss ranges. UV coating can be applied via most conventional industrial coating applications as well as by silkscreen. We do full UV coating to the while page or spot UV coating only for specific part of the product,being e extremely reflective and glossy. |

Binding, including coil binding is available in our factory. Coil binding, also known as spiral binding, is an extremely popular book binding style for creating documents, reports, presentations ,notebook pages and proposals. This binding style is known by a number of names including spiral coil, color coil, colorcoil, ez-coil, plastic coil, spiral binding, plastikoil and coilbind. Documents bound with spiral coil have the ability to open flat on a desk or table and offer 360 degree rotation for easy note taking. Embossing & debossing Embossing is typically accomplished by applying heat and pressure with male and female dyes, usually made of copper or brass, that fit together and squeeze the fibers of the substrate. The combination of pressure and heat raises the level of the image higher than the substrate, while "ironing" it to make it smooth. In printing this is accomplished on a letterpress. The most common machines are the Kluge Letterpress and the Heidelberg Letterpress."Debossing" is similar to embossing, but recesses the design rather than raising it. |
